Polokwane Unemployed Learnership for Financial Advisers at Absa Bank offers a 12-month opportunity for individuals with a Degree in Finance/Accounting/Law. The program includes structured training and hands-on experience, aiming to develop skills in customer support, administration, and sales. Participants are expected to follow Standard Operating Procedures and meet performance targets while ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with FAIS regulations. Candidates with an FSCA-approved qualification and Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) will be preferred. The closing date for applications is December 16, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in all workplace activities aligned to your development objectives
• Attend and engage in all training interventions as agreed
• Provide assistance to customers and your team to ensure ongoing performance
• Complete all required administrative tasks, including tracking and reporting
• Actively work leads efficiently to achieve agreed strike rates and productivity measures

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Accounting required
• National Senior Certificate is required
